Beespoke Delivery Information
We want you to enjoy your Beespoke products as soon as possible. Here’s what you need to know about shipping for items purchased through our online store, including socks, ties, belts, pocket squares, one-off clothing pieces, mead kits, and brewing equipment.
Delivery Time
All online store orders are shipped within 5–10 business days after purchase. This allows us to carefully prepare and package your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Shipping Services
Standard Shipping:
Included with your order, with reliable delivery through trusted carriers.
Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress until it arrives at your door.
Express Shipping:
Available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact us for options and pricing.
Please Note:
Custom suits and made-to-measure clothing orders are not processed through the online store and follow a separate production and delivery timeline.

Online Returns
Returns/Exchanges Policy
You have 7 days from the delivery date to notify Beespoke if you wish to return an item. Returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund. For exchanges or damaged items, Beespoke will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a refund once the returned goods are received.
